PRION a computational tool for protein musicality analysis

I'm proud to announce the first stable release of PRION a computational
tool for protein musicality studies.

Some programs exists to generate protein music from amino acid code,
but there is no easy user friendly plateform for that.
PRION use python langage flexibility to provide a simple plateform
to study protein musicality, add new options, it works
by mixing visual and music.

you can analyse musicality by working on :

-amino acid type
-secondary domain
-atoms density
-solvent accessibility

I hope you'll found it usefull. I've done my best
to develop something as simple as possible
to use and modify. This first release is mainly a development version,
so you'll need to know a little about python programmming
for installation.

Don't hesitate to give your opinion about the code.
Stay tuned since a user friendly installation version is comming soon.
Every parameters can be modified with the GUI, except the mapping,
the code have to be modified by a simple intuitive process.
